CHAINBIO motorsågs smörjolja

Saw chain adhesive oil - biodegradable, KWF-tested, rapeseed oil based.

CHAINBIO is a biodegradable saw chain oil in accordance with the guidelines of the Federal Environment Agency for "chain lubricating oils for chainsaws".

Made from vegetable oils and toxicologically sound additives.

Degradable by microorganisms within a short time, therefore no environmental pollution.

The renewable raw material content is 95% according to ASTM-D6866-12.

CHAINBIO has a very favourable viscosity-temperature behaviour, particularly good resistance to cold and, due to its adhesion and lubricating properties, a high level of protection against wear and corrosion during economical consumption.

Long-term cold behaviour at -18°C over 100h: perfectly transferable.

Density at 15°C: 0.920 g/cm³ (DIN51757) 

Viscosity at 40°C: 55.0 mm²/s (DIN51562) 

Viscosity at 100°C: 12.0 mm²/s (DIN51562) 

Viscosity index: > 220 VI (DIN ISO 2909);

Flash point: > 300°C (DIN ISO 2592) 

Pourpoint:  << -30°C (DIN ISO 3016).

Shelf life: At least 18 months at - 20°C to + 30°C storage temperature.

The characteristic values fluctuate depending on the raw material and production within the permissible tolerances.

Instructions for the end user according to RAL-UZ 178:

"Keep out of the reach of children."

"Do not let unused quantities get into the sewer system, water or soil."

"Product residues are to be disposed of in the municipal pollutant collection points."

"Only give completely empty containers for recycling."
